From Wakefield Centre;

Follow Barnsley Road (A61) out of Wakefield for approximately 2.5 miles. At the traffic lights where the road (A61) forks left towards New Millerdam, take the right hand road towards Asda. The entrance to the Sandal Rugby Club is 10 metres through the lights on the Right hand side. Park in the car park and make your way back to the clinic which faces out on to Standbridge Lane.

From Denby Dale Road;

Follow Asdale Road from Pugneys water park up to the mini roundabouts opposite Asda car park. Keep in the Right hand lane but go straight on at both mini roundabouts. Pass the Star pub and continue for a further 100 metres to reach the entrance to Sandal Rugby Club car park on your left hand side. (This lies approximately 15 metres before the main traffic lights for the A61). Turn into the Rugby club car park and the Sandal Clinic is situated on the right hand side of the car park entrance.
